The rules and community expectations for PCTechSniper.
"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to PCTechSniper, LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates the Website.
"Website" or "Platform" refers to pctechsniper.com and any subdomains related to the service, or domains hosted under the same database (examples: us.pctechsniper.com, gpusniper.com, cpusniper.com).
"User" means any individual who uses our extension, visits our site, or registers for an account.
"User-Generated Content" means any content typed by a user, whether posted publicly or privately, that can be viewed by or shared with other PCTechSniper users (such as posts or comments).

By using PCTechSniper, you agree to the following terms, even if you don't have an account.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account, IP address, or user-generated content at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice or cause (including, but not limited to, for violating these terms).
PCTechSniper contains affiliate links to fund the platform. By using PCTechSniper, you accept these terms regarding affiliate links:
All PC builds, compatibility checks, AI-generated advice, and hardware recommendations on PCTechSniper are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, users are strictly responsible for independently verifying hardware compatibility, dimensions, power requirements, and safety before making any purchases or assembling hardware. PCTechSniper is not liable for any damaged hardware, voided warranties, data loss, or financial loss resulting from the use of our platform or AI tools.
PCTechSniper does not sell products directly. We aggregate deals and link to third-party retailers. While we strive to update our data quickly and achieve high accuracy, we do not guarantee the price, stock availability, or accuracy of listings, as these fluctuate rapidly. All transactions, shipping, returns, and customer service issues are handled entirely by the third-party retailer, and PCTechSniper holds no liability for disputes with these external marketplaces.
PCTechSniper is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCTechSniper disclaims all warranties and limits its liability for any claims related to the use of the website.
When you post user-generated content (such as comments, PC builds, or forum posts), you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting on PCTechSniper, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, and distribute your content across our platform.
You agree not to post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on PCTechSniper without permission, please contact PCTechSniper, LLC at [email protected] with a takedown request regarding the specific content and proof of ownership.
To be a part of the PCTechSniper community, you affirm that the following are true:
PCTechSniper does not allow the following content to be posted on our website, on any of our game servers, or in any of our social platform communities:
Found content that violates these rules? Please report it to us on Discord or by using the reporting tool.
Whether you are self-promoting or promoting on behalf of another individual or organization, promoting or soliciting anything can lead to a permanent ban, depending on the egregiousness.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for scams. Offering counterfeit goods, services, or money in exchange for real goods, services, or money is not allowed on PCTechSniper. This includes phishing, social engineering, and theft. Violating this rule can result in a permanent ban.
Attempting to knowingly make other users believe something fake is real is not allowed on PCTechSniper. We will delete any content that is deemed to be inaccurate or fake news.
Keep the community family-friendly. If you have to ask if it's okay to say a certain word, then it probably doesn't belong on PCTechSniper, so use a different word instead. PCTechSniper may automatically replace certain words with random words if you violate this rule.
Discrimination of any kind (including but not limited to race, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin) is not permitted on PCTechSniper. Please be respectful to everyone.
We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, extortion, threats, or stalking. If you believe another user is harassing you, please report them to us. If it's an emergency or life-threatening situation, please contact local emergency services.
NSFW content is not allowed on PCTechSniper. Accounts posting NSFW content will be banned.
A note on Anime characters: Anime characters in general are allowed and welcome (especially if you styled your setup around one!), but sexually suggestive characters are not. If we deem a character to be sexually suggestive, we may put a black box over it, delete the post, or even ban the account, depending on the egregiousness. Remember: You are 100% responsible for what you post, so please be careful.
We know a lot of games will have blood in them. This rule isn't to prevent against sharing an image that happens to contain blood. However, extremely graphic content where viewer discretion is advised should not be shared on PCTechSniper. If you have to ask, it probably doesn't belong on here.
If an account posts illegal content, that account will be banned, and the content may be reported to authorities as needed.
Please refrain from posting about politics or religion on PCTechSniper. Remember: Our community is for PC building and deal finding. It's okay to mention political states when talking about the economy if it relates to PC building, but please refrain from going beyond that and saying something like "<insert political group here> sucks!".
Any content threatening another user in a way that endangers their safety in real life (including but not limited to doxxing and death threats) is not allowed. Accounts that violate this rule will be banned, and reports may be made to authorities as needed.
We reserve the right to update our terms of service and community guidelines at any time as we add new features, such as online forums or new capabilities, or to protect the community. We will notify you of major changes through a notice on our website or via email. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
